Carrier Compliance Policy

MacBan Freight works exclusively with authorized motor carriers operating under their own federal or state operating authority.

Prior to providing dispatch services, carriers may be required to provide documentation verifying:

• Active FMCSA operating authority (MC or DOT number)
• Valid insurance coverage
• Company registration information or W-9
• Signed dispatch service agreement

Motor carriers working with MacBan Freight remain responsible for maintaining compliance with all applicable transportation regulations, including those enforced by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).

MacBan Freight reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a carrier:

• Loses operating authority
• Fails to maintain required insurance coverage
• Violates transportation regulations
• Engages in unsafe or unlawful practices

This policy ensures MacBan Freight works with professional carriers operating safely and responsibly.
