MacBan Freight is not a freight broker, motor carrier, or shipper.

MacBan Freight does not:

• Take possession of freight
   
• Transport cargo
   
• Operate commercial motor vehicles
   
• Provide brokerage services between shippers and carriers
   

All transportation services are performed by independent motor carriers operating under their own authority and control.

MacBan Freight may provide administrative and coordination services including:

• Load sourcing
   
• Communication with freight brokers
   
• Rate negotiation on behalf of carriers
   
• Dispatch coordination
   
• Documentation support
   

Motor carriers remain solely responsible for:

• Maintaining valid operating authority
   
• Compliance with FMCSA regulations
   
• Driver safety and compliance
   
• Cargo handling and transportation operations
   
• Insurance and regulatory requirements
   

MacBan Freight does not assume liability for cargo loss, freight damage, transportation delays, accidents, or regulatory violations related to transportation services performed by motor carriers.
