Independent Carrier Relationship Policy

MacBan Freight provides freight dispatch and logistics coordination services to independent motor carriers.

All motor carriers working with MacBan Freight operate as independent businesses and maintain full control over their transportation operations.

Nothing within the services provided by MacBan Freight creates:

• An employer-employee relationship
   
• A joint venture
   
• A partnership
   
• A broker-carrier relationship
   

Motor carriers retain full authority over their operations including:

• Accepting or rejecting loads
   
• Operating commercial vehicles
   
• Hiring and managing drivers
   
• Maintaining insurance and regulatory compliance
   
• Maintaining active FMCSA operating authority
   

MacBan Freight does not control the carrier’s transportation operations and does not assume responsibility for the physical movement of freight.

MacBan Freight’s role is limited to administrative support and dispatch coordination services provided on behalf of the motor carrier.

Dispatch services are governed by a separate written dispatch service agreement between MacBan Freight and the motor carrier.
